State Government Projects

OregonASK -- After School for Kids. This is a federally funded project, with several partnering state agencies. This site serves two customers bases, care and activitity providers, as well as kids and parents looking for seasonal and after school activities.

Oregon Employment Department -- Once part of a large developement team at the Oregon Employment Department where the team develops and maintains all of the services of the Oregon Employment Department's web services. All of these sites are dynamic, data driven, with much of the content managed by the individual departments.

Working In Oregon -- OED's original job browsing tool. This site is one of the highest used sites on the west coast! This site is fully dynamic, serving nearly 1 Million users per month.

iMatchSkills -- iMatchSkills in the new job matching system by the Oregon Employment Department. We did the entire design of this site, and continue to do so; a project that has lasted over 4 years. This site is fully dynamic and content managed, serving nearly 200,000 clients.

Online Claims System -- The Oregon Employment Department is responsible for the State of Oregon's Unemployment Insurance program. Unemployment Insurance replaces part of the income you lose when you become unemployed. It is a benefit available to workers out of work through no fault of their own. Unemployment insurance softens the impact job losses have on communities by maintaining the purchasing power in the area where workers live. This site is one of the highest used Oregon government online services. This site is fully dynamic, serving nearly 40% of all Unemployment Insurance claims per week. This site alone saved the state of Oregon nearly 7 FTE's. I was a designer and usability analyst on this project.

Office of Administrative Hearings -- OAH uses their site to provide citizens information to the Administrative Hearings process and results. This site is completely dynamic and content managed, with a custom search engine. This site will soon be moved to the Oregon.gov CMS.

Oregon Community Resource Directory -- A worksource partner, Oregon CRD provides valuable resource information to businesses and citizens of Oregon. This site is completely dynamic.

Oregon.gov -- By directive of the governor, Oregon's state agencies are migrating most of the static content from their individual sites to Oregon.gov. We develop custom applications that mirror the Oregon.gov look and feel.

Intel Inside® Program -- Servered as a developer and style designer for this major incentive program's website upgrade on a team with ten at a local design agency.

Genealogy Related Clients

Marion County Cemeteries -- Volunteers for local, Marion County Oregon and vicinity, pioneer cemeteries are working on a series of sites for those pioneer cemeteries that are difficult to get genealogy data from. Currently, there are eight cemeteries available online. These sites are all dynamic and content managed with secure administrative features.

Salem Pioneer Cemetery -- Co-op'd by the volunteers mentioned above (Marion County Cemeteries), this site is for a historical pioneer cemetery located in the heart of Salem, Oregon. This site is mainted by volunteers, but owned/managed by the city of Salem. Again, volunteers are working on a series of sites for those pioneer cemeteries that are difficult to get genealogy data. This site has it's own url, and it's own custom CMS interface for copyright purposes.

Friends of Pioneer Cemetery is also a sub-site of the Salem Pioneer Cemetery site. Used to keep volunteers and new-visitors apprised of the volunteer opportunities involving the cemetery. It too has it's own custom CMS interface.

Charles L. Best -- Charles L. Best is running for Multnomah County's Circuit Court Judge in District 4, Position 28. He is a long time attorney with an outstanding reputation in the community, the court room, and amongst his peers.

Outdoor Related Clients

Natural Instincts Taxidermy -- Natural Instincts Taxidermy is a local, award winning, taxidermist in Oregon City. They provide more than your everyday taxidermist work, they specialize in custom mounts for your once in a lifetime trophy.

Northwest Big Game Inc. -- Northwest Big Game Inc. publishes big game record books for animals taken in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana. If you need your trophy big game animal measured, this is the place to start.

Southern Oregon Outfitters -- Southern Oregon Outfitters is one of the only hound hunting guides left in Oregon pursuing bobcats. They specialize in Spring and Fall black bear hunts, and Columbian Whitetail Deer hunts as well.

Outdoor Divas TV -- Outdoor Divas is a new and upcoming outdoor television show that will show case the true divas of the outdoor world. Although still getting their wheels rolling, their website is one of their tools to collect and share information with their guests, viewers, and fans.

Small Business Clients

Ridgeway Farms -- Salem Oregon small organic farm. This site is in it's infancy, but if you are finding yourself drawn to the advantages of organically grown foods, this site will soon be very refreshing to you.

Hamacher Wines -- A small winery in Oregon's upper Willamette Valley, Hamacher Wines is dedicated to having quick, up-to-date information about their wines, events, and general news.
